Abraham Accords
Over the past few weeks CIS engaged scores of officials with one message: Normalization with the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain (as well as others that might follow) is important, but in and of themselves the agreements contribute nothing to addressing Israel's most significant external challenge: the need to reverse the slide toward a one-state reality.
CIS used various venues to convey the need for our government to mobilize the new countries with which it now has formal relations, as well as others, in support of an Israeli initiative to separate from the Palestinians and lead the way toward an eventual two-state solution.
